Where can I get a Starbucks Card?

Starbucks Cards are available at all Starbucks stores in Switzerland (except at Geneva and Zurich airports, Olten and Fribourg train stations and Pathé Geneva). The card is only available in the store, not online.

How do I reload my Starbucks Card?

You can reload your Starbucks Card at all participating Starbucks stores at the register, online or via the Starbucks app. Please note that to reload online, your Starbucks Card must be linked to your online account.

Enter your 16-digit card number and 8-digit PIN number in your online account or in the Starbucks app to link the card to your online account.

 

Can I reload my Starbucks Card more than once?

Yes, Starbucks Cards can be reloaded again. You can reload your Starbucks Card at any time in your online account or right at the store.

 

Does Starbucks charge a service fee for unused credit on my Starbucks Card?

No, there are no fees. However if the Starbucks Card has not been used in 24 consecutive months, the Card and its balance will expire.

 

What if I lose my Starbucks Card?

Because your Card is registered, your Starbucks Rewards membership and remaining balance are protected from the moment you notify us of the loss. After logging into your Starbucks Rewards account, visit the Lost Card section and click the Report Loss/Theft link. We’ll freeze your remaining balance at the time you report your card as lost or stolen, transfer it to a new Starbucks Card and mail you the replacement immediately – without any hassle or fees.
